It took surgical experts to create the gold standard documentation site.
From sterilization processes and technical operations, to patient safety, infection control, and risk management, the oneSOURCE team is the perfect storm of knowledge and drive.
Before oneSOURCE, there was no “one source” for nearly every IFU and PM Service Manual. Our founders saw guesswork being deployed, and dated documents being followed.
That was too great a risk to the patient. So they founded oneSOURCE, and created the world’s best document resource for hospitals, surgery centers, and their sterile processing and biomedical technician staff.
When you’re with oneSOURCE, you’re in the safest possible hands.
oneSOURCE Document Management Services was founded by Best Practice Professionals in 2006 by three medical device industry veterans, Jack Speer, Dean Crawford and Lory Hunter who knew all too well the frustration within sterile processing departments as they tried to manage volumes of manufacturers’ IFUs. The three developed what is now the oneSOURCE Surgical Instruments & Equipment Library made up of IFUs for reusable surgical instruments, devices and equipment.
In 2015 Biomedical Service Manuals & Documentation Library was added, containing preventive maintenance manuals and documentation for biomedical equipment and systems. In 2017, the Dental Library was introduced with dental instrument and equipment IFUs, SDS/MSDS sheets and dental consumable IFU’s. Finally, in 2018, we established the Tissue & Implant Library for tissue biologic and non-biologic products and any surgical implant IFUs.
Over the years, Jack, Dean and Lory have recruited a team of select professionals, many of them experienced healthcare technicians and specialists, who have helped refine the products and who support our customers at the technician and department levels.
