Our Customer Service team responds to your document needs by acting as a liaison with the manufacturer, obtaining the relevant manufacturers' IFU or PM document and notifying you when it's been added to the system.

Our Customer Service Team includes experienced operating room and sterile processing technicians qualified to answer any instrument or equipment sterilization questions, as well as any biomedical equipment preventive maintenance questions. Our Reps also stay on top of your facility's document needs, notifying you of revised documents even before the manufacturers themselves have posted new IFUs and PM manuals to their website.
